Helen Morris-Brown MSc Helen Morris Brown is the founder and Director of Really Responsible Ltd. She is a facilitator, trainer and learning and development specialist with over twenty years’ experience. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is accredited to deliver management and leadership qualifications for ILM and CMI. Helen is an expert in designing breakthrough interventions for business leaders with the aim of inspiring positive change.

Dan Barnfield BA PGCE Dan is an NLP Master Coach Practitioner who specialises in designing and delivering experiential development programmes. He has a proven track record across all business sectors using psychometric tools to enhance candidates’ learning (MBTI; SDI). Dan believes that people learn best when they are stretched and supported through goal-centred development programmes. He specialises in team building, coaching and leadership training.

Keith Crabb Keith is a CIEH accredited trainer, coach and assessor who has been active in the public sector for the last six years. He has worked with many diverse groups, from supervisory staff to senior managers, producing comprehensive individual development plans.  He specialises in designing and delivering personal skills courses such as confidence building and presentation skills. Keith is a facilitator and coach for the Really Responsible Leadership Programme™.

Lucy Faulkner B.Ed Lucy holds an OCM Diploma in Professional Mentoring and Coaching and has contributed to the development of individuals and teams in a wide range of businesses and organisations, mainly in the not-for-profit sector. She is an equality and diversity specialist who has worked with national governing bodies and local authorities on many development projects. Lucy specialises in coaching, mentoring and senior management training.

Stuart Haden MSc, MCIPD Stuart is a learning and development specialist with over 20 years’ experience in team and leadership training. An experienced coach, he has a track record of facilitating successful outdoor management and leadership programmes for clients from all sectors. Stuart’s overall approach to learning is anchored to three key concepts: developing authenticity, acquiring knowledge and knowing your audience. He specialises in team building, leadership training and coaching.

Helen Jacobi Helen provides project management training and support to candidates for the Really Responsible Leadership Programme™. She has 20 years’ experience as a project manager and PA, working with many successful entrepreneurs, as well as at board level in a diverse range of organisations. In Helen’s day-to-day work, she engages with business leaders to guide them in their project management skills and help them achieve their goals.

Simon Powell Simon has been a business coach and consultant for over 10 years, working with organisations as diverse as Sony, General Electric, Mars and The Guardian. He entered the field after gaining experience with NatWest in the ways leadership, strategies, and processes affect business performance. Simon is passionate about effecting change by discovering and drawing the best out of people. He specialises in leadership training, coaching and team building events.
